Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) with the exception of order delays which are notified through our website and order confirmation emails. During holidays and peak sale times, processing times may be longer than 2 business days. We do not ship

 

Shipping Methods

We currently offer shipping through several trusted carriers: Canada Post, United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and DHL.

 

USPS Shipping:

Standard Ground Shipping: USPS standard ground shipping has an estimated 3-5 business day delivery time from the point an order is processed.

DHL Express Shipping:

DHL Express Shipping has an estimated 1-2 business day delivery time from the point an order is processed.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to the customer email on file. Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping to Canada and the US. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend contacting your local distributor to purchase DVOK products.

 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure the prompt delivery of all our orders, please note that shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. We kindly ask for your understanding during these events.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated as flat rates based on the weight and final delivery location of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees do not include duties/additional processing fees to international countries.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order's shipment, please feel free to contact our customer service team through email at cs@dvokstore.com.

If you suspect that your package is lost, please contact your courier service provider first to inspect where the package has gone and email us at sales@sweetienailsupply.com. If your order is missing due to the cause of the courier we can issue a replacement package.  

We do not refund orders that have been disposed/returned due to the customer’s negligence to not pick up their parcel from the post office within the holding period.

DVOK US is not responsible for any customs fee that occurs on orders outside Canada.
